2. Agreement and scope

By accessing this site or using our products, you agree to these terms and any product‑specific agreements (collectively, “Agreements”). In case of conflict, product‑specific terms prevail.

To the extent permitted by law, services are provided “as is” without warranties. IQGP is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability where such limitation is unlawful under Cyprus law.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach or unlawful use. Upon termination, rights granted under the Agreements cease.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The competent courts of Nicosia shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
